drtcp did bad bad things to my speed.

I followed the instructions to ther letter, rebooted, and went from 2695/236 to 491/237. I retested to be sure, same thing. then I opened drtcp again, reset my settings to all defualt and my window to near what I beliweve it was, reboot, and I am still at aound 491/237. um, huh?
 
there was, did the same to mine too, totally screwed up my cable connection. Caused me to reformat my drive it was so bad, but I was having problems with windows, so it was kinda needed. good luck trying to fix it.
