E6750 stuck at 450fsb

I seem to have hit a wall at 450fsb. no matter what I do, I can't get it to even budge past 450. Primes 24 hour stable at 450, but the moment I go over 450 it wont even post. Any ideas as to why, or what to try to adjust would be helpful as this has baffled me. I've tried tweaking vCore and FSB volts, as well as memory timings and volts, but I can't get anything further out of it.

Do you think maybe I've found it's max clock?

What are the motherboard temps like?

Any other cooling types used on the motherboard other than stock heatsinks?

What are you testing stability with?

don't worry about it... I decided to pull my clocks back to 400 and tighten up the timings on my ram, and it is MUCH more responsive now, and the temps are a little more to my liking.
