I know it has to be one of these things happening:
1. Loose heatsink, needs reseat.
2. Fan is suffocating, needs more room to breathe.
3. Heatsink heating up faster than the fan can dissipate.
I just reseated heatsink and reapplied thermal paste (after wiping the previous clean of course), relocated the card for the fan to have more to breathe, and put an extra fan on it, yet the temperature still continues to rise... Any help?
