I need a Micro-ATX board with good OCing options

Just as the title says, I need a micro ATX board with some decent BIOS options for overclocking. I honestly don't care what CPU it is for, but P4 would be my first choice. Followed by AMD, 64 then XP. I would also really like SPDIF out, of either variety (coax or optical) but that is secondary to the BIOS options. I know that not a lot of folks here use em', but I have a special project that needs something like this.

not a bad one at all, I like their Intel board as well, but I can't find any retailers that carry the thing (at least retailers that I am willing to buy from) anyone know of any places that carry a wider selection of Epox boards?
