i5 2500K weird CPU cores temp

Hey. Is such big difference between the CPU temp and the core temps normal? Is something wrong with the CPU? When it has 75C the core temps can go even about 90C.

Looks reasonable to me. Just focus on the core temps, keep them below around 75C under full load and you're good to go :)

Those are temperatures while playing league of legends in 1920x1080. I'm using a box cooler, but I've already ordered a new silentiumPC. I know that people are delidding the newer Intel CPUs to lower the temps, but does it also need to be done in the Sandy Bridge?

Unless you're planning on really pushing it, I wouldn't bother de-lidding (even then, am not sure sandy de-lids are ever worth it).
 
Sandybridge CPUs still used liquid metal. That's one reason they were such good overclockers.
