Ideal monitor for use with xbox 360?

I'm looking to replace my bedroom CRT in favor of a 24" monitor/HDTV, and from what I'm told in the price range (under 200$) I will find a better monitor. I'm looking for these specifications...

1080p/16:9
Integrated speakers
HDMI connectivity (visual and audio output)
Preferably LED
Plug and play (Cannot install any drivers, do not own a PC)

My main concern is whether or not I will be able to open the box, connect my 360 via HDMI, and start playing, or if I would need a computer to tweak the settings. Or if I have to use special connection cables, such as DVI/VGA, etc. Thanks for the help

i would just look for one of HP's LED displays with a HDMI port and speakers you can adjust the display from the menu on the display no need for a pc.
