Is the SP94 overkill on a P4P800Dlxe?

Not to sure about what HS I want to use on this Bd with a P4 2.4C (m0).I will O/C this puppy. I have used Thermalright in the past, big ol' chucks of copper. Will the Thermalright SP94 fit on this Bd?

Also, is the P4C800E-D more stable, better MOsfets, Caps, etc. Don't really want to spend the extra $$, cuz I don't use Raid, but if it O/C's better, then....

sp-94 is not overkill, it's just better cooling.

Ok, I quess that's the way togo. Big, bigger and heat pipes. Now if I could only tune the exhaust.

Electronic component wise, is the P4c better than the P4P???
