well this looks familiar, can you say LN2/dry ice....
If you are going to use the vaporization of a compound to pull heat off on your cpu for a short period of time just cut the bs and use ln2. It will also be cheaper then buying air can dusters with r134a and will get a lot colder. There is also dry ice which is ever cheaper.
PS:
Heat pipes are notorious for being less and less effective as temperature drops as they are designed and charged for ambient operation when it comes to pc heat sinks.
