+ the i7 920 is what my final order is if anyone wants to know what I went with.
I will still need to buy small parts like the HS, fans and 2 more ssd drives.
Will be overclocking it on the stock hs to like 3.2ghz for now. For the price I can still look forward to upgrading the graphic card and hdtv tuner. So big thank you to all that helped so far. I will keep you guys updated on how well I can get the oc.

Looks like I got a D0 chip it say SLBEJ on the box just have to wait on the other parts. Maybe tomorrow or monday I will have the rest of the parts.

Honestly if your going i7 920 and gonna OC it, depending on your oc your only gonna have few choices for the actual memory speed, @ 4.2 youll have the option of running @ 1605mhz or 2005mhz and at 4.0 its around 1500mhz and 1866mhz so getting a set of the OCZ gold is fine and you can run them at around 1600. I have a tri-channel kit from kingston thats 8-8-8-24 @2000mhz or 7-6-7-18 @ 1600 and the only reason i have it is because i was testing it. Takes me 1.55 QPI voltage if i want to run them @2005mhz and while i will do it for benching i wont keep that high QPI for 24/7.

I am building a similar setup. I was going to go with the 60gb ssd but trying to save some money I was thinking about a 30gb just for my OS and a few apps. I was reading the system requirments for windows 7 pro and it said the 64bit was 20gb. Is this correct? If so I will almost have to go with the 60gb if I want to load my other software on that drive.
