Hello,

I've got a problem with overclocking Celeron D 430 cpu on my motherboard which is Biostar TPower I45. I can't get through the barrier of 9x415 MHz.

I list the settings below:

O.N.E:

CPU Frequency Setting: [415]
FBS To NorthBridge Latch: [Auto]
FSB Compensation FineTune: [Enabled]
DRAM Frequency: [DDR2 830MHz]
Enhance Mode: [Disabled]

The DRAM Timing Configuration - speaking honestly I dunno what the hell is going on here (every single settings fails while raising FSB over 415 MHz so I guess it actually doesn't matter):

DRAM RCOMP Configuration: [Configuration 4]
Static tREAD Value(PL): [Auto]
Configure DRAM Timing by SPD: [Enabled]

Voltage Configuration (here I count on your help)
CPU Voltage: [+0.300 V] (---> 1.55 V)
DDR Voltage: [Auto]
Chipset Voltage: [+0.300 V] (---> 1.360 V)
FSB Voltage: [+0.400 V] (---> 1.568 V)

My hardware is:
RAM: OCZ Reaper 2x2GB 1066 MHz CL5 @ 2.1 V
CLR: Scythe Mugen 2

Thanks in advance for your help!
