Rambus - Samsung 4, 8, or 16 Device Memory

I am looking for the good Rambus that people are using to OC the Northwoods but cant seem to find it. I was told that the modules with 8 chips on them are the ones to get .... can anyone confirm this

I came across googlegear where they sell 4, 8, and 16 device modules ...... anyone know what the diffeence is and which is better
