That's a nice overclock. Hopefully when I get my 3200+ or 3000+ I could hit 2.6-2.7 on water.

Has anyone tried a venice with the stock 1\25 bios on dfi boards yet. It appears that the Diego's will boot but I have not seen anything on the venice yet. I could have missed it!

One of the mods over at dfistreet said that they have tested fine with the 1/25 bios.

-Like these sandeigo core, don't matter, 3700, FX55, FX57 should top at around 3.1ish average

3.1ish? Im talking about on phase here, the 130nm fx-55's hit higher than 3.1 on phase average is around 3.25.-3.3 and the fx-57 is their flagship cpu so we cant even compare it with the 3700, nor the fx-55 cause of a new core and a smaller manufactorting process.

I honestly won't be AS interested until I see a 3200+ OCing like crazy. I mean, the 3500 is 250-300 bucks. That's a lot to me, 3.2ghz or not it's still a lot of money. On the other hand, a $200 chip OCing like crazy is what I'm looking for . I just hope the 3200s can do 3.0ghz on air. 300x10 on air would be all I want!!! High hopes, yes, but we'll see...

Im on water. just hope that I can hit 3ghz. if he does 3.3 on phase, ill bet I can hit 3.0 on water. Damn exciting. but my ram does rather suck hard.

Sucka, I hope I'm hopping this question hasn't been asked already (haven't read the entire thread yet)...... Can you put in 4 sticks of ram and tell us the success you have? I have 4 sticks of TCCD and 4 sticks of UTT waiting for my Venice. Thanks in advance and sorry if you've done this already.
