Vapochill Micro Cooler - How effective is it?

How effective is the Vapochill Micro Cooler http://www.svc.com/06-l-0014.html say to regular water cooling or TEC?

Any responses on users with experience with Vapochill Micro Coolers...thanks

Its just a bigass heatpipe and a brand name.

I think it would do as well as medium-low end air cooling

QFT. There was a lot of hype before it came out. The reviews say the performance is luke-warm at best. There are a handful of air coolers that will perform better.
