Any recommendations? I have no idea whatsoever about which one to get.

I'm looking to pair it with the
CPU: AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697)
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514)
GPU: EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130625)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

So far it's totaling to just under $600, I'd prefer to keep it under $750. And any cooling system suggestions to go along with it? It's a gaming rig, so I', guessing it will heat up quite fast.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Multi,

Your other thread was a duplicate and deleted. This is the proper place for your question.
Please be patient ad don't post duplicate threads. We have some top-notch power supply

If you have a budget for a power supply, posting it would help make a decision.

Sorry about that, the link that says "gather input on your next build" when you join is linked to post to General Hardware. I realized just after I clicked submit...

Anyways, I've updated the info in the main thread.

Multicrome welcome, what are you planning to do with the system? That motherboard is an excellent choice for that cpu though a little overpriced IMO. If you are planning on overclocking it you should get a really good heatsink. I would also get a better gpu, if you are gaming. If you are tight for cash, I feel you would be better off going with the motherboard in my signature and put the saved money towards this gpu. As far as a PSU if you are planning on only using 1 gpu this one will do fine.
