Hi,

I have a Gigabyte Gaming GT 980 ti and looking to add a second GTX 980 TI for SLI. I have a Acer 32' 4k monitor that I'm ruining at 75mhz. I'm looking at getting a EGA GeForce GTX 809 Ti FTW or a EVGA Gefore GTX 980 Ti Classified. I can't figure out what the difference between the two. They both run at the same speed. The only difference I see is that he Classified version requries 300 watts and uses 2x 8 pin ports and the FTW version that requires 275 watts and requres 1x 8 pin and 1x 6 pin. I do not plan on manually overclocking over the stock modes. There's about a $40 difference between the two. If anyone could provide me with a suggestion about which one I should get it will be very helpful. Thank you!

PS. I decided not get another Gigabyte because it's kind of noisy. I read a lot of reviews that make a note about how quiet the EVGA cards are.

Unless you're planning on taking the card sub ambient then just get the FTW.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to wait to buy one until the 7th when the Tombraider will come with the NVidia cards.

Ah, good idea, free games always sweeten the deal! Especially when it's one you'll buy anyway.
