i have dual monitors on xp

is there anyway to span a background across both so its not just the same one in both screens?

second my usb ms intelli mouse ( opitcial) keeps going to sleep and never wakeing up if i leave the comptuer alone for a day or so

never done this before and ive tired it on another 2k system any ideas on how to make this end( right now i just reach behind unplug it and plug it back in)

how do i get rid of dual boot info it thinks 2k is still on the hdd

Not sure on the first two.

Getting rid of the 2K option is in the boot.ini file. Simply delete the lines referencing 2K. You can also change the time values manually here as well. You'll need to select show hidden files and folders and show protected OS files in options in explorer first. Same old, same old with MS not wanting you to play with the OS .
