The much-anticipated launch of Intel’s 12-Gen Alder Lake-S CPU has sparked several rumors and much speculation. The latest is that MSI may have inadvertently announced the actual launch date before Intel’s Embargo is lifted.
MSI announced a promotional upgrade kit for its LGA1700 coolers like the MAG Coreliquid. The form MSI is using lists an available date for the upgrade kit as November 4th. Some have speculated this as the actual launch date as it also falls in line with previous rumors of the Z690 motherboards launching around the same time. Please note, this is not an official launch date.

Three CPU SKUs are expected to launch at that time, whether it’s November 4th or not, the Core i9-12900K, Core i7-12700K, and Core i5-12600K are set to launch together. Below are the known specifications for the Alder Lake-S CPUs.
