We weren’t suprised Windows 98/ME won, actually, we thought it would win by more. We were surprised to
see that a third of you use Win2000 either by itself or in a dualboot. This tells us to pay more attention
to Win2000 developments, and also realize we have more ME users than one might have suspected. We should also
keep an eye on Linux every once in a while, too; particularly the release of the 2.4 kernel.
With your help, we expect to do a lot more of these kinds of surveys, because it’s important for us to know what you use rather
than what we think you use.
Thanks to everyone who participated, and special thanks to Adam Webb, who was nice enough to spend time and effort coming
up with an interface that was easier to use than what we’ve done before. Thank agains, Adam, and everyone else!
