I wouldn't count on high clocks or tight timings. It's something like Micron but somehow sometimes can make higher clock.

well after getting the time to read those post, what do you guys think

Since it's on AMD then I think it's not bad. You won't see much higher performance at higher clocks and better is to focus on CPU-NB clock. Check if something at tighter timings but 1866 clock is not showing higher performance in Maxxmem ( mainly read/copy ), SuperPi32 and AIDA64. Best is to compare it in SuperPi32 if you are checking memory to get better scores in benchmarks as latency counts too and in synthetic bandwidth tests you mainly see difference in bandwidth while latency is not telling much ( unless you tested a lot of memory and can compare results ).
