Epox 8RDA+ Need Help Fast! Serious Problem!

My pc has worked fine for the past year. I just went into the bios yesturday just to check my settings and then saved and exited. When my computer restarted this is what shows on my screen along with continuous beeping.

Insert System Disk and press Enter.

I can't seem to get any bootdisk to get me to a prompt where I can flash. I have already tried resetting the cmos jumper along with taking the battery out. My specs are in my sig. Somebody please tell me where I can find a bootable disk that will work for me or something. Thanks.

Off chance, do you have another 8rda+ that is working?

If so you could hotflash it. I have a 8rda+ here that I'm currently replacing capacitors on. I doubt you live near me but if you do bring it by, I'm in Braidwood, Illinois. Good luck.
