GPU mining PTS, and whats the hype about

Mine seems to be a little under what the calc says (about 2.6/day) when I earned a little over 2 in 24 hours. But based on luck/etc I'm not overly surprised that it isn't super accurate. I mine at ypool for what it's worth with 11000cpm

Well, I jumped ship. I only make 0.2 PTS/day on my 270x, not the 0.4 like the calcs said.
So back to UTC... Except crypto-trade.com is down for maintenance still... :(

it said and it was right, but diff jumped guys, what to do THIS IS CRYPTO !!!! (u know pun) :p

I'm planning to hold onto my pts until after the first when the DAC (or whatever it is called) is released.

anyone know which algorithm works best with 280x?
i've tried -a 0, and -a 1, and both seem to put me at around 4000c/m with two 280x's
but the thread claims that one 280x should get about 3100c/m...

I had to add more ram to get more cpm on my rigs...8gb per rig is barely cutting it with 4 gpus.

Some people say ram doesn't make a difference but for me it did.

arCUDAminer_cm3_highperf.exe -u Zephos.pts_1 -p MyPass -m sph -o http://ypool.net:8080

I've been getting about 735c/m on an overclocked 2gb gtx 660. Seem pretty average? Any changes that I should make to that command line?

These DDOS attacks on ypool are getting really ****ing annoying.

Use cudaptswin: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3kfltieq4e7t2cy/cudaptswin-0.2-SM35.7z

Works with beeeeer but it's way faster and lower fee.

Really? What kind of increases are you seeing? I'm running some 7x 280x rigs with 6GB and I'm getting ~3200CPM per card.

Would a cuda app work on AMD hardware? I thought about beeeeer but I can't stand the website.

Is it really worth mining PTS still? I mean I made 0.2 PTS/day.....

Cuda is Nvidia proprietary software, AMD can't use CUDA ;)

No, it won't, you have to use Nan's fast opencl miner.
Google it like that and you'll get to a bitsharestalk link.
download the version x.04 for beeeeer or x.02 for ypool.
PTS will probably be worth it for the release of bitshares x sometime during March.

I mine it on and off with maxcoin and yacoin.

Now that proto shares has evolved and spread to bitshares, bitsharesx and etc. What is the process to change it or update etc in order to sell what I mined way back when.
