Help is this compatible with ASrock extreme6 LGA1150

Will this work with my asrock extreme6 lga1150? I just noticed on the pack I got it and it says compatible with lga 1155 and 1156. It l9oks exactly the same as the slot on the mobo.

Ok I am new to pc building. I had a feeling that LGA1150 was just in reference to the cpu. I finally got my parts today so I really want to make sure I did not mess anything up. Thanks for the quick reply!
