Otay. Tried 4.7 with 1.25v and nogo. Managed 4.6 with 1.23v. I'm trying to not touch 1.3v if I can help it.

Running 4.7Ghz @ 1.3v, ram @ 2200- 1.65v default timings and evrything else on auto. So far rock steady stable running Aida
