Ok I have a set of Corsair-XMS2 5400C4 512Mbx2 DC Twin kit installed in my signature Pc doing 476 FSB 1:1 all day stable @2.35vDimm. Timings are 4-4-4-12 2T is this too good to be true or just a lucky batch of ram? Also at that vDimm and or speed enough that it could damage/shorten the lifespan of these modules?

I have the same set just the 2x1GB and mine run 525MHz 5-5-5-15 LOL 2.0v, insane ProMOS chips.

Over 2.2/2.3v you probably need to actively cool them to keep them alive. Is that memory old?

Yes it is I've had them for over a year and a half at close to that voltage in my other mainboard.
