Exactly. And who uses water cooling, who uses air? How many fans and what kind do you use? Are you using Aida or p95? Are you a gamer, encoder, professional etc. Point is that voltage increments are done at far smaller values and the heat sensitivity is magnified at a much larger degree. Your max temp at a certain speed is much less with a lower voltage. And vise versa, but raising clock speeds without raising voltage to an extent is common practice. We try and refrain from adding even the smallest amount of voltage wherever/whenever we can.
