vista aero

Running vista ultimate on a toshiba laptop. 3.4ghz pentium 4 100gig hdd radeon mobility 9000 graphics. now the onboard is 128mb and the driver is a wddm driver. the driver is the one vista came with. i cant get aero to work nor do i even have an option to turn it on. ive tried some registry changes, updating my score but still dont have the option for aero under appearence menu. can some1 look into thi or give me some insight! o supposibly the onboard is direct3d as well.

That video chipset is DX8. You need to have a DX9 chipset for Aero to work
