When will smartmedia prices hit rock bottom?

I am going to purchase the Olympus C-4000 Zoom. It comes w/ a 16MB card. I would like to buy a 128MB card for it at some point. I can get one at newegg.com for less than $30 shipped. Now I know there won't be any new devices made to work w/ smart media, and because of this prices should fall. So I am wondering if I should buy the card now or if prices will come down even further for smartmedia.

prices will always keep coming down. i would wait a little bit longer possibly, but i don't think that they can really get much cheaper, and you won't save much by doing so. not like a 256mb card will be $10
