Unlocking X3 440

Hello guyz,
I've unlocked X3 440 to Phenom b40
Now i'm having some troubles with CPU temp.In prime after 5mins on blend test it's already on 63C.
Voltage stocked @ 1.4v
On athlon 440 it was about 47 in stress and 30C in idle
and now 63C stress and 30 in idle.
Any1 knows what's the problem?

Apparently that locked core was a power monster and that was why it was locked. Someone else on the forum in the past few days had the same problem.

sorry. i entered wrong informations.. max 440 load temp is 59c
Room temp about 20C

Huh? You mean the 440 was running 59°C (NOT 47°C) at load before you unlocked it??

On athlon 440 it was about 47 59 in stress and 30C in idle

That's probably bad case airflow or a bad heatsink mount ...

yes.. before i unlocked it it was about 58-9c in prime95.. on 1.44V(all def/auto).. then i unlocked it and set voltage to 1.22
Now i have phenom II x4 b40(4cores propus no l3.. c3steppening) max temp in prime95 53C..
I'll try to get tx3 or 212+

See my sig and this picture, my temps are as follows overclocked a bit to 3.5GHz from 3.1, vcore 1.45.

PRIME95 was running for 10 or 15 minutes, Full load current temp in pic 37C, max was 46C
