Upload the images directly to the site, I'm not clicking a "grab.by" link.

I don't believe you should have all those "base devices" And the little yellow triangle on the left side is a bad sign. I would go to usa.asus.com and download the driver package for the bluetooth on that board. Make sure bluetooth is enabled from the BIOS as well, and install the package, restart, then check again.

Edit: Which OS are you using? http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/RAMPAGE_IV_EXTREME/#support_Download

I have installed their Drivers multiple times now also I have checked if it was activated from the BIOS . Also I know the triangle isn't good news. I recently reinstalled windows and now I have those " Base Devices"

Have you tried running Windows update lately? I would give that a shot. You might want to go ahead and install every driver from Asus, and not just the Bluetooth driver. Those devices might be other hardware.

Have you done a virus scan? Those devices shouldn't be there, or that numerous.
