issue 3600mhz CL15 "ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled"

I have a small issue, the userbenchmark is giving me this error:
Performing below potential (33rd percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled
But the XMP and the dual channel are active, as you will see in the pictures, it's driving me crazy, someone has any idea??
