X58 vs. P55 Quick Memory Comparison
Some may have noticed that P55 (Lynnfield) systems seem to overclock memory “better” than X58. I did. Most notably, memory that would barely run 1100 MHz on X58 for me was magically running over 1300 MHz on P55 after some tweaking. If all other things are equal, that would be amazing, so we’ll take a very quick peek at how memory performs on both platforms.

Gigabyte P55A Series Motherboards – Overclocking the UD3R and UD6
If you’ve been following my testing on Gigabyte’s latest gear, you’ll know that I started by giving the original GA-P55-UD3R a serious run for its money with some extreme overclocking. It left me very impressed, as I was able to set four i5 750 CPU world records. Today I close the loop on the GA-P55A-UD3R and the GA-P55A-UD6. My Droid/Android 2.0 Experience
As of the time that I am writing this article, I’ve been using the Android 2.0 operating system on my new Motorola Droid phone for 4 days now. The one thing I wasn’t expecting, and most of you probably weren’t as well, is that Android is an operating system. I would consider it a full blown Linux distribution.
