Get a GTX 670 FTW or a GTX 680? I guess i would go SLI sooner or later with either the 670 or 680.I know two 570's are faster than a single 670 or 680.But i dont think the gap is that great.Thats why i cant see laying out $295 for a new GTX 570 SC when i can grab a GTX 670 for $419 now.Or i could just stick with the 570 for now til the prices come down a little or maybe til the GTX 660's come out and grab a pair of those.I am planning on getting a 26/27 inch monitor sooner or later or maybe getting three 3D monitors

While two 570 GPUs is a lot of power, SLI will still only result in you having 1.2Gb of VRAM and that really won't be enough when you are using higher resolutions. At the moment this is especially the case with BF3 and Metro 2033 where they respond well to having access to 2Gb of VRAM even at 1920x1080 but over time there will certainly be more titles where this is the case.

As for whether to go 670 or 680, lots of people seem very happy with buying a 670 because they tend to come in within a few percent of the frame rates people get from the 680.

Your right on all counts. Now if i had the 2.5GB models id be ok but with 1280mb's it looks like the GTX 670 is the way to go.
