Just knowing that I have Crysis reinstalled would be insulting myself. What a terrible game. And it takes up a lot of space to.

Crysis was a terrible game for those that couldn't figure out how to play it properly. I thought it was a great game. As far as the space issue, my crysis folder is 8gb, and that's including the 1.8 gb living legends mod. That's chump change nowadays.

Yeah, Crysis was a great game indeed. Much better story than the average generic FPS too.

I can't play online whatsoever because of Gamespy.
I've got the Steam version of Crysis, and I installed the mod and everything into the folder, the game boots correctly, and I can play "single-player" as an Elemental power-armor dude, and play LAN by myself. However, when I try to sign in after pressing "Quick Game" or "Internet Game", I can't. I've changed my password and made sure that I had the correct login information, but every time I press Login, a little red box pops up saying something along the lines of "Incorrect login information". What am I doing wrong? I've downloaded the hotfix and stuff.

I had the same issue, just click new account, put in your current gamespy login information and then create account. For some reason that's what you have to do to tie in your gamespy with crysis.

This just keeps growing on me. Joined up with TLL, http://www.thelivinglegends.net/index.php if anyone's looking for a unit.

Look for me as (TLL)Cuth, mostly on the TLL servers since they're usually well populated and have decent pings.

edit: Oh yeah, saw Gabkicks on there yesterday, he was kicking some butt too

Tried playing :)
My comp just isn't up to snuff for it :(
It runs crysis ok (at minimal settings) and crysis multiplayer, but doesn't like MWLL.
Someday I'll have the cash for a comp that can run it. For now, Mech4 Mercs.

Holt crap I forgot about this. I used to play mechwarrior on the snes ages ago. Can you blow pieces off of enemies like the old days?

yeah, you can :). You can even get in mechs that have been damaged in the legs and fallen over or abandoned mechs if yours explodes and you survive.

and steam once again has crysis on sale for 50% off today only. if i didn't know better i would think steam was timing their crysis sales with major releases to this mod.

MWLL is going to be ported over to Crysis Wars (better netcode and overall performance) as the next major patch, so grab the Maximum Edition now, or just Warhead if you already have vanilla Crysis

Same damn thing here and their forums are no help at all.

Odd, I can't find your post asking for help. Is it in the tech section?

edit: I see the thread now. You have 3 of the developers (including 2 of the 3 lead devs) helping troubleshoot and call it no help at all??

Finally did a complete reinstall of game and mod to get it working. Not sure if it was worth it though. Will play some more before I render a full judgment but it's not looking good so far.

And I was loving this mod when it first came out......sigh
