Whats INTEL's Liqud Cooler Like?

I know it will be better than the stock HS/FAN reviews from buyers seem to rate it just wondering if it's worth the investment, I am trying now to get the money for a good cooling solution for near silent the noise coming from my case now is fine and all but I want it more quite.

I am not sure how the fan is on the HD7850 as I am waiting for it to arrive it hasnt been released yet by the HIS and it's on back order from overclockers.
