Ive got most of the 3d knocked out.


I might be in trouble.... my 4870x2 has begun to artifact after about 10-15secs in any 3d app...
2d it all seems fine...

yeah, as soon as GPU1 hits 50c, its starts to artifact....maybe thats why I was having issues getting even decent scores in 3dmark....

I just read in the main and it looks like some are under the impression that they have the entire month. If that get changed I'll be very happy as I can get subs in that will count.

On another note. I just got back home. Got back later than expected. Don't know if I'll be able to get anything out tonight.

UD5P replacement arrived form RMA earlier today. This one works flawlessly. I'm installing OSs right now and this ***** will be frozen. I'd like to get a session in tonite, but I'll be busy with tutoring until about 10PM so I don't think I'll be able to prep and get DICE at that time. Tomorrow; she'll get frozen for sure.

Sorry guys... I tried tonight, but the damn board GB sent me turned out to be a total POS. Held up for a bit under cold and then started wigging out like nobody's business. I'm hoping it was moisture somewhere that made it freak out like it did because if it is another dead board out of nowhere; I'll just take the hammer to it and save up for an Asus board.

I'm 99% certain it was moistrue in the RAM sockets... Will let her dry out a couple days and test her out on air... If she works fine; it's cold time again, but this time she's getting the vaseline treatment.
