Kingwin EZ-Connect USB3 Adapter Review
The Kingwin EZ-Connect Superspeed USB 3.0 adapter fits in a niche for computer users that want to quickly and easily connect an external hard drive to their computer without having to go through the hassle of a full external drive case. Since this utilizes USB3, instead of USB2, your transfer times should be drastically reduced, making it great for larger drives (i.e. 1 TB and up).
AMD Bulldozer: Chipset 9 Series Info
AMD fans have been eagerly awaiting for the Bulldozer-based CPU(s) to become available. Last week there were some minor changes in their release schedule, although AMD denied it later. Today, however, we have some more juicy details on the series 9 chipset from our friends over at Nordic Hardware and Donanim Haber.
2011 XtremeSystems CES Party
This year was my first attending CES, and I took the opportunity while in town to join Fugger and his gang of miscreants at the XS party to enjoy some good company, warm food, cold drinks, and frozen processors. While this wasn’t an Overclockers.com event, I’m happy to cover it as thanks to Fugger for the hospitality and as thanks from the Overclocking community for a great event.
