Tried the mve(1155)...keep getting 55 errors. Gave the board and slots a good cleaning, will try again tonight.

Can't seem to get my 6700k stable at 5GHz under water :/ Will try reducing other voltages and give that another try, too. Since jiccman ran his 7700k for that leg, what do you guys think I should run? 6700k or 7350k? Pretty sure lots of us have 6700k's so thinking I should try with the 7350k?

Well, that beats the heck out of anything I can get with an 8800 GTX, best I could do was 285K or so.
Guess that leaves me with the 8800 GS, 8600 GTS, or 8400 GS next if funsoul can run his 8800 GTS 512MB (and he can likely score much higher than me, assuming his CPU is using Sub-Zero cooling, which is probably pretty likely I'm guessing).

That beats my DDR3 score, guess I'll move on to DDR2 or DDR1 at some point. Need to clear off space on my test bench (currently have my Maximus III Formula sitting there because I was testing my i5 750 to see what it can do.

Tried the mve(1155)...keep getting 55 errors. Gave the board and slots a good cleaning, will try again tonight.

Might be bent pins in the CPU socket, that sometimes causes the 55 error. Or corrupted BIOS, or damage to the DIMM slots. After researching that a while back, it seems there are multiple things that can cause that error code during POST.

Anyone planning to run something better than a 6320? Have 7700k (jicc), 6700k (me? Hotrod, maybe? Someone else?), 7350k (johan) and 6320. I don't think we want that sub. Anyone have other chips for that socket?

I know hotrod's participating. If he has anything better than a 6320 then I'll bench the 6700 and he can use his chip (7600? 6600?)

Update: mve is now giving 9A (usb?) errors and/or shutting down at 55 of 03. TT-- Gonna mail this one out to you this Saturday.

Okay, make it a big box though, know you had a long list of things you wanted me to look at for ya and probably don't want to pay shipping for just one item. Sent you an email a couple of weeks ago about that list, but didn't hear back.

When you figure out what you're going to send and when, please let me know.

My main PC's board was shutting down at 6A a couple of days ago after a BIOS update. Which was odd, I wasn't even overclocked at the time, and yet after the update it couldn't make heads or tails of what to do to pass POST for some reason. At first it gave me code 55 a couple of times, then that randomly went away (I guess some ASRock boards have issues like that sometimes). Had to clear CMOS to fix the shutdown + reboot issue.

Try the 7700K, see if you can do better then 1785, if so I will move on to the 7600K.

Jicc- Doesn't the shot need to show the vga? Think you should try to knock out a decent xtu with your 7600.

Will get my ram dialed in around 4100-4150 12-11 then put the 6700k under ss for a shot at xtu. Just can't quite make 5GHz under water :/ May do the same with the 7700k and 7350k then post all scores here and we can decide which one of mine to go with.

Hay I got my score for my 7700k I can post or I will keep working on the 7600K, not sure what going on with it only getting a score 1270+ now where it should be. I think I will try win10x64 next time.

Since it looks like you're the only active member with a 7600k, you should probably keep trying it.

Spent last night trying to get my 4133 strap running and stable enough for xtu. Hope to get it working tonight but, if not, will move ahead, set it up for the ss and run the 7700k, 6700k and 7350k then we can figure out which one to submit.

In other news...getting a stronger 7350k so will be selling my current one.

I can add XTU 5G when I set platform back and reinstall OS but it can take couple of days as I'm testing something else right now.
GTX780 went to my friend last weekend because his GTX970 died. I haven't noticed it can be useful for the comp.
I will try to dig into laptops at work and I will probably find mobile SB for one stage.
Of course can add DDR4 result but better when I move back to Z270 as X299 can't make more than ~3733.
It's about all as I don't have other hardware or it will cause too much problems to get/test it or some stages are already covered.
