How do i tell what core my xp2100+ is based on? I'm guessing it says it on the chip but i wont be taking it off until my new HSF arrives sometime later this week. Thanks for helping the overclocking noob. I am wondering because i want to unlock and i am hoping its the t-bred.

As far as I know all of the 2100+s that are in the systems are based on Palomino.
AMD is releasing 2100+ and lower T-breds, but this is a very very recent venture.
